The objective of this assignment is to help the ULBs to identify priority urban infrastructure investment projects through strengthening of human resources and local institutional structures and arrangements for the formulation of priority projects and capital investment plan for infrastructure and service projects and providing technical assistance in project conceptualization and structuring to link these projects to possible financing.
