The delegation to Uzbekistan aimed at exploring state partnerships in various sectors and field. The objective of the delegation led by Principal seceraty of tourism, aviation and Climate Change under the Industry department of Government of Gujarat was to explore state partnerships for economic development between Gujarat – Andijan and possibilities for joint ventures for multi-sectoral development and association at various levels that leads to national gain and long term partnership for both India and Uzbekistan.

The delegation therefore included senior members from leading industries and sectors such as Pharma, health, aviation, solar & energy telecom, urban planning, innovative developmental solutions as well as startups. During deliberations, meetings and exposure visits, opportunities for investment, trade, interstate- business opportunities were discussed.
